100% Grass Fed Beef Casereccio Salame.  Caved aged for half a year to create an amazing artisanal flavor.  Sliced thinly, laid flat, and vacuum sealed. 

When ready to enjoy, let it come to room temperature before separating and serving.

High quality ingredients.  Artisan skills.  Old world techniques.  This traditional hard salame is aged for nearly half a year to develop its deep flavor.  Serve with your favorite cheese, olives, and crackers.  Or try mixing up some fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil and drizzle over the slices.
