This is NOT your mass produced grocery store Pepperoni. This is an artisan quality, hard Pepperoni made using old world techniques. A beautiful combination of our meat and some spices are carefully crafted before drying for nearly half a year. As with everything we do, there are never any preservatives added. Best served slightly warm to really enhance the flavors.
