Our Einkorn sourdough products are made locally right here in PA by Walnut Run Bakery using traditional sourdough baking techniques.
This crust is wholesome and earthy in texture and flavor. It is nothing like store bought pizzas that use hydrogenated oils, conditioners, stabilizers, preservatives, and other terrible chemicals. Instead, it's made with simple, real ingredients - just like you would make if you had the time.
Baking Instructions: Thaw pizza crust for 1 hr. Spread pizza sauce on crust (optional: also add pepperoni and/or veggies of your choice). Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes then spread any of our raw cheese on top and put it back in oven (with burner turned off) until cheese is melted. This gentle melting helps preserve the enzymes in the raw cheese.
