Our Einkorn sourdough breads are made locally right here in PA by Walnut Run Bakery using traditional sourdough baking techniques.

These rolls are wholesome and earthy in texture and flavor. They are nothing like store bought breads that use hydrogenated vegetable oils, conditioners, stabilizers, preservatives, and other terrible chemicals.  Instead, they're made with simple, real ingredients - just like you would make if you had the time.
