What Makes Goat Milk Different?
Goat milk naturally has fine fat globules, which help the cream remain more evenly dispersed. You may see little or no distinct cream line, even though the milk has not been homogenized.

It still contains lactose and milk proteins. Goat milk should not be assumed suitable for someone with a cow-milk protein allergy.

Keep at 40°F or colder, ideally around 36°F. Store low and toward the back of the refrigerator.
Close the jug and return it promptly to the refrigerator.
