Fresh, raw goat milk from a pasture-raised herd. Naturally rich and creamy, goat milk offers a delicious alternative for families who prefer it to cow milk or simply enjoy its distinctive flavor.
The goats receive abundant pasture and are mostly grass-fed, with organic oats provided when additional calories are needed. Their supplemental feed is made without corn, soy, or GMO ingredients.
Because this milk is raw and non-homogenized, it retains its natural character and has not been separated and mechanically recombined. Some cream may rise during storage; gently shake the container before pouring to redistribute it.
Store your milk low and toward the back of the refrigerator, where the temperature remains most consistent—never in the refrigerator door.
For the freshest flavor, keep refrigerated at approximately 36°F. Once opened, enjoy within 5–7 days. Always return the milk promptly to the refrigerator after pouring.
If the milk eventually develops a stronger, naturally cultured flavor, it may still be useful in baking, cooking, or smoothies, provided it has been handled and refrigerated properly.
