Sirloins have an immense amount of rich beef flavor and are easy to prepare. This is our go to cut of beef when we're looking to have steak for dinner on a weeknight. Over medium high heat, sear each side for 2 minutes in melted butter, then turn to low and flip every 2 minutes until you've reached your desired internal temperature. We prefer medium rare to medium and will usually remove the steak from the pan around 130-135 degrees, then letting it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
