This is our favorite item for picnic lunches!  Made with our 100% grassfed beef, this smoked summer sausage is uncured and contains no preservatives or other unquestionable ingredients you'd find in mass produced sausages.  At 2-1/2 inches thick and fully cooked, it's ready to be served with your favorite cheese, crackers, and fruit.
