Einkorn Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Einkorn Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 large loaf with a cinnamon raisin swirl

Finally, bread made with real ingredients!

Our Einkorn sourdough breads are made locally right here in PA by Walnut Run Bakery using traditional sourdough baking techniques.

This bread is wholesome and earthy in texture and flavor. It is nothing like store bought breads that use conditioners, stabilizers, preservatives, and other terrible chemicals.  Instead, it's made with simple, real ingredients - just like you would make if you had the time.

This bread is wonderful simply toasted and topped with our grass fed butter!

New to Einkorn? Ancient Einkorn is the most primitive form of wheat on Earth. It is high in vitamins and nutrients, and contains a different type of gluten.  Many folks who are sensitive to gluten report that they are able to enjoy Einkorn baked goods.

*Comes frozen

A bit about our bread:

All of our breads are free from preservatives and stabilizers.

Because of this, our einkorn breads do not last as long as conventional store bought breads.

To get you the freshest bread possible it is frozen after baking.

These breads made without stabilizers and other chemicals can have a crumbly texture.

We recommend slicing the bread as needed while it is still frozen, then slowly warming it in a pan, toaster oven, or oven for the best texture.

If you thaw the loaf whole, we recommend eating it within 3-5 days.
