Prized for millenia, butter made from the heavy cream of grass fed cows was always considered an incredibly important dietary staple (at least until the chemical companies convinced people that margarine was "better"). Thankfully the science has clearly proven butter to be a health food and has shown margarine to be a dangerous, chemically laden toxin that should be avoided.

True grass fed butter is rich in beta carotene, CLA's, and Vitamin A. Most notably, it's one of the few foods rich in Vitamin K2 which contributes to overall heart health.
