Many products are made with either Einkorn or Spelt, two of the oldest known varieties of wheat that have not been hybridized by modern agriculture. (Einkorn dates back 14,000 years and Spelt 7,000 years) We never use artificial ingredients, synthetic colors, or vegetable oils.

Preservatives and stabilizers are never used. Because of this, our baked goods do not last as long as chemical laden store bought products.
