Sourdough baked goods produced using traditional techniques like soaked flour, sourdough fermentation, and doughs kneaded and rolled by hand. These processes increase the nutrition and digestibility of grains.
Always made with the highest quality organic ingredients in small batches. We partner with local Amish bakers who focus on quality over quantity.
All products are made with either Einkorn or Spelt, two of the oldest known varieties of wheat that have not been hybridized by modern agriculture. (Einkorn dates back 14,000 years and Spelt 7,000 years) We never use artificial ingredients, synthetic colors, or vegetable oils.
These are baked goods that you would make if you had the time.
Preservatives and stabilizers are never used. Because of this, our baked goods do not last as long as chemical laden store bought products.
All baked goods are frozen when fresh to ensure peak flavor and extended storage.
