How We Raise Our Turkeys

Care from the First Day to Harvest

We work quietly around the flock and harvest on the farm in our mobile processing trailer, avoiding transport to an off-farm facility. Their feed includes field peas and barley, probiotics, vitamins and minerals. Their pastures receive no herbicides, pesticides or fungicides—not even organically approved sprays.

Keep Lean Cuts Tender

Turkey Breast and Tenderloins benefit from careful cooking. Thaw in the refrigerator, season ahead when possible, and use a thermometer instead of relying only on cooking time. Rest whole cuts before slicing. Dark meat often benefits from longer, gentle cooking to soften its connective tissue.
