We also offer naturally rich raw goat milk from pasture-raised goats, supplemented with feed made without corn or soy. None of our raw milk is pasteurized or homogenized.

Ayrshire and Jersey: Two Heritage Dairy Breeds
Our raw cow milk comes from two traditional grass-fed dairy breeds, each producing milk with its own natural character.
Both come from pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed cows with A2/A2 genetics. Neither is pasteurized or homogenized, so the cream rises naturally and the milk retains the qualities that distinguish each herd.
Ayrshire: Balanced & Creamy
Ayrshire milk is rich and creamy but generally contains smaller milk-fat globules than Jersey milk. These finer globules help the cream remain more evenly distributed and allow it to mix readily back into the milk with a gentle shake.
Available in plastic gallon jugs, with volume options for households that use milk often.
Jersey: Especially Rich
Jersey milk generally contains more butterfat and protein, with larger milk-fat globules. This gives it a particularly rich mouthfeel and creates the more pronounced cream line often seen at the top of the bottle.
Available in returnable half-gallon glass bottles and non-returnable plastic pints. Gently shake before pouring to blend the cream back into the milk.

Understanding the Date on Your Bottle
The date printed on the bottle is a sell-by or best-by date—not an expiration date. It is used primarily for inventory control. When unopened and continuously stored cold, our milk generally retains its freshest taste for about one week beyond the printed date.
Keep at 40°F or colder, ideally 34–36°F. Store low and toward the back of the refrigerator, where the temperature is coldest and most consistent. Avoid the refrigerator door.
Plan to enjoy within 3–5 days for the best flavor and quality. Return the bottle to the refrigerator promptly after pouring.
Bring an insulated cooler with ice packs and refrigerate promptly after pickup.
