Common Questions
How is the meat packaged?
After our meat is dry aged and hand-cut, it's then vacuum sealed in a super premium, extra thick BPA free packaging. This packaging forms a tight seal around the meat locking in freshness. It is then immediately flash frozen to preserve peak freshness and flavor.
How long will meat last in my freezer?
As long as the vacuum seal is still intact, meat will remain at peak freshness for more than 12 months. If the seal comes loose, the product will still taste amazing, it may just have a different appearance.
