Common Questions
How is the seafood caught and packaged?
The family of fishermen we partner with travels to the clean, cold waters of Bristol Bay Alaska each year for the short, but very busy fishing season, working closely with the local wildlife management to only catch when the fish are at their most sustainable, or peak population levels. The harvest is then processed immediately, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen before being brought back to Pennsylvania.
How long will seafood last in my freezer?
As long as the vacuum seal is still intact, seafood will remain at peak freshness for more than 12 months. If the seal comes loose, the product will still taste amazing, it may just have a different appearance.
