Raw Honey

GATHERED BY THE BEES. ROOTED IN OUR FARM.

A Little Sweetness From a Remarkable Landscape

Our Holistic Honey begins in the preserved woods, thriving wetlands, and flowering fields of Tussock Sedge Farm. Our bees gather from this diverse, chemical-free landscape, creating honey with a flavor all its own.

Raw, unfiltered, and never heated. Enjoy a jar at your own table, share a beautiful vintage jar with someone special, or explore the other treasures of the hive below.

Bees Allowed to Be Bees

We think wonderful honey begins with caring for the whole landscape. Our bees forage across organically managed fields, preserved woods, and wetlands, with a changing variety of flowers to visit throughout the growing season.

We raise our bees without chemical hive treatments and see ourselves as caretakers—giving them room to follow their instincts and do what they do best. Every harvest brings a little of that living landscape to your kitchen.

From Our Farm to Your Kitchen

Drizzle our honey over buttered sourdough, spoon it onto A2/A2 yogurt, pair it with cheese, or stir it into a favorite dressing. Sometimes the best way to enjoy it is simply a little taste straight from the jar.

For a gift, our corked vintage jar comes with a handmade wooden dipper—a beautiful way to share something special.

A Note About Real Raw Honey

Natural crystallization may turn honey thick, creamy, or solid. That is a normal change in pure honey, rather than a sign that it has spoiled.

Keep our Holistic Honey closed at room temperature. To soften it, stand the jar in warm water below 105°F, keeping water out of the jar and below its closure.

From the land we care for to the food you share.
