Their forage includes grasses, clover, roots, berries and nuts. We manage the land without herbicides, pesticides or fungicides, including sprays approved for organic production. Our pork is vacuum sealed and flash frozen while fresh for dependable freezer storage.

A quick skillet dinner and a leisurely braise call for different cuts. Choose by how you like to cook, then let the pork bring the flavor.

Keep Chops & Lean Roasts Juicy

Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. For whole cuts such as Chops, Loin Roasts and Rib Roasts, cook to 145°F and rest for at least 3 minutes. Cook Ground Pork and fresh Sausage to 160°F. Shoulder and Shanks need longer cooking to become tender.
