Why Our Beef Is Different

We don't rush our cattle simply to get them to market sooner. Our cattle grow slowly on grass for more than three years, often up to 42 months, giving them time to reach true maturity and develop the deep, intense Beef flavor we're looking for.

They are raised on pasture and are 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished with no grain. We NEVER use chemicals, hormones, vaccines, or antibiotics.

Everything is already butchered, individually vacuum sealed, frozen, and packaged for long-term freezer storage.
